AS KURMIK is an Estonian private capital based construction company established in 1992. The company is located in Võru and deals with civil engineering construction and -design. Specialisation includes wedge pile foundations, restoration and since 2010 industrially produced private residential passive houses.

OÜ KURMIK PROJEKT grew out of engineering design department of AS Kurmik in 2004 and is an independent company that deals with general engineering projection.

The projection group part of AS Kurmik focuses on designing energy efficient private residences and wedge pile foundations. If necessary, the group composes engineering solutions as well as engineering blueprints and operates as a prime contractor by hiring subcontractors for engineering design.
